Established in 2005, Hongkong Bystar is an ISO 9001:2000-certified company focused on the production of cases for Apple's iPad and iPhone, mobile phones and other electronic products. We have a monthly production capacity of 500,000 pieces per unit since we employ over 200 workers manning five production lines.
We always release cases at the same time the newest electronic products are introduced to the market since we have five designers with six years' experience who have worked in big companies. Thus, we can output 10 new items monthly and finish a sample within three to five days.
Our company has adopted a very stringent quality control system. The QC process flows from inspection of supplied parts, inspection of raw materials, in-process quality control and final inspection to testing before shipment. We have five QC inspectors that are allocated to one inspector per production line. We also offer a year's warranty and we are proud to say we have a near-zero repair and replacement rate.
We support OEM or ODM orders and we have a service group consisting of salespersons, designers, purchasers and cost accountants to better serve our customers. 98% of our goods are shipped within the promised lead time of over 10 days for 3,000 pieces. Our export markets include the US, Europe and other countries and regions worldwide.
